A multi media dance theater work featuring six dancers of the Group Motion Company, choreography by Manfred Fischbeck, visuals by Maureen Drdak, music for chamber ensemble and traditional Tibetan instruments by Andrea Clearfield. Lung-Ta is inspired by Tibetan art and music, and the concept of the ‘Windhorse’ or ‘Prayerflag.’ This collaboration was commissioned by Network for New Music. Lung-Ta understands itself as a prayer for global piece.
